Terms
- Per-user billing. Solo is 1 seat. Teams bills a minimum of 2 seats (2–25 members) and Studio a minimum of 5 seats (25+ members). Your bill follows the number of people on your studio, with the plan minimum applied.
- No free trial. The Free plan is free forever for testing the core workflow — 3 active projects, 10 ideas, one type of content.
- Billing cycle. Monthly plans bill every month; yearly plans bill once a year at a discount (5% Solo, 10% Teams, 25% Studio). Prices are in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise.
- Plan changes. Upgrades and downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep what you paid for until then.
- Cancellation. Cancel anytime. You keep paid access until the end of the period you already paid for, then your studio moves to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted.
- Taxes & receipts. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your location, and receipts and invoices are emailed automatically.
- Downgrades. If your workspace is over a lower plan's limits after a downgrade, nothing is deleted — locked features come back when you upgrade.
